Description
LATEST TECHNOLOGY BREAKTHROUGH: FOAM EDGELOCK™
360° MAXIMUM FOAM STABILITY SYSTEM. MAXIMIZED SWEET SPOT.
FOAM EDGELOCK™ is a multi-material, full-foam core architecture developed to lock in stability across the entire paddle structure.
- Full EPP Foam Core: Delivers a solid feel, fast response, and consistent stability.
- TPE Locking Ring: Reinforces the internal structure while improving stability and vibration control.
- High-Density Foam Edge: Expands the sweet spot and improves stability on off-center hits. It also creates a secure connection between the core and handle area, allowing energy to transfer smoothly and consistently.
- Dual EVA Reinforcement Blocks: Strengthen the throat area, increase torsional stability, and improve power-transfer efficiency.
Result: A multi-layer foam core combining a full EPP foam core, TPE reinforcement ring, high-density foam edge, and dual EVA reinforcement blocks to deliver outstanding stability, reduced vibration, and an expanded sweet spot.

Five Core Performance Benefits
1. Explosive Power
The high-rebound EPP core generates strong ball speed and acceleration when players commit to powerful swings.
2. Locked-In Stability
The TPE ring, EVA throat reinforcement, and high-density foam perimeter work together to reduce twisting, compression, and unwanted vibration.
3. Expanded Sweet Spot
The foam perimeter helps maintain consistent performance even when the ball makes contact away from the center of the paddle face.
4. Refined Touch
The TPE ring softens the response of the EPP core, providing greater control and feel during dinks, drops, resets, and other finesse shots.
5. Efficient Power Transfer
The EVA reinforcement creates a solid connection between the core and handle, allowing energy to travel through the paddle smoothly and efficiently.
FOAM EDGELOCK™ Technology
FOAM EDGELOCK™ is a multi-layer, multi-material full-foam core system engineered to deliver an optimized balance of power, stability, and control.
At the center of the paddle is a high-rebound EPP core featuring a dual-rib reinforcement architecture. This structure is designed to generate strong rebound energy while maintaining a linear, predictable response. It helps direct more energy toward the ball rather than allowing impact force to disperse throughout the paddle.
Surrounding the EPP core is a closed-loop TPE ring, which acts as both a vibration filter and structural isolation layer. The TPE ring absorbs high-frequency vibrations generated at ball impact, softening the response of the EPP core and creating a smoother, clearer, and more stable feel at contact.
At the throat of the paddle, two high-density EVA reinforcement blocks create a rigid support base. This structure helps resist compression and deformation while reducing paddle-face twisting. The EVA assembly also functions as an energy bridge, transferring power from the core into the handle in a smooth and continuous manner.
Around the outer perimeter, a layer of high-density polyurethane foam reinforces the frame, improves stability on off-center hits, and expands the effective sweet spot. This foam layer also protects the core during the heat-compression molding process, helping reduce the risk of core collapse or delamination. At the same time, it provides an additional level of impact damping to reduce stress transmitted to the player’s arm.
By combining these four specialized material zones, FOAM EDGELOCK™ creates a unified, highly stable paddle structure that remains controlled during fast swings, solid on impact, and responsive across both powerful drives and soft-touch shots at the kitchen line.
